Keep your DRAZN gear fresh — here’s how to do it right:

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colours
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry low or hang dry for longest life
• Do not iron the print
• Do not bleach
• Do not dry clean

Tip: The more you look after it, the longer it stays sharp.

Shipping Info

Every DRAZN piece is made to order — that means we don’t print it until you place your order. This reduces waste and keeps things intentional.

• Fulfilment Time: 2–7 business days
• Shipping Time:

1. UK & EU: 2–5 business days after fulfilment
2. USA/International: 5–10 business days after fulfilment

• Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for size or change-of-mind reasons — so be sure to check our Size Guide before ordering.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, we’ve got you.

1. Report any issues within 14 days of delivery
2. Email us at customersupport@draznclothing.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A quick description of the issue

If the fault’s on our end, we’ll send a replacement or refund — no hassle.

How Your DRAZN Print Works

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing — designs are applied directly to the fabric for a clean, soft finish that feels like it’s part of the garment, not sitting on top.

• Printed with eco-friendly, water-based inks — free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and other harsh chemicals.
• No wasteful screens, no bulk runs.
• On lighter cotton tees, your print will look crisp and solid.
• On thicker garments like hoodies, the ink settles into the texture more — for a slightly muted, worn-in look that feels authentic.
